There is currently a website named Artwisher where they take peoples art (popular or not) and sell it for expensive prices. I found out after a friend pointed out that my art was being sold on there, and I’m pissed.
Oh, and to all my fellow artists out there… you are most likely a victim too!! Don’t believe me? Search yourself up on there!
Just found out the art piece I JUST REALEASED YESTERDAY is up there as well. This is fucking infuriating holy shit

Clearly, you should get a percentage of the take. After all you did all the original works, right?
Find out where this website is registered. If it's in the US then the prospect of having them receive a cease-&-desist letter from your lawyer just became much more realistic. (If you don't have a lawyer specializing in intellectual property &/or copyright infringement, then you'd better find one now). If they are going to sell your work then you are legally entitled to compensation for that. I wouldn't settle for less than 50% &, given the circumstances, I'd aim for 70%.

All I know is that filing a DMCA will result in a IP ban for the site (from what I heard), it’s a Chinese-registered site, and it’s most likely that everything on there is from a bot using Google search.
I don’t really plan on taking legal action anyways, everyone knows not to use the site so they won’t be making money revolved around my stuff lol
Damn. Can't say I'm surprised since "copyright" & "content protection" are not within the Mandarin vocabulary...not much else you can do other than asking or demanding that they take your stuff off there. Seems like at least half the problems of this world have China behind them now...
I’m not happy about that a site is stealing my art as I don’t even make art for profit I just do it for fun but it kinda pleased me (just a little) to see some of my art labeled “Hit” but in the end I don’t like them stealing my art.
Don’t worry, they’re most likely not making a profit of your work. The “hit” is most likely just a lie to get people interested
